Imbach Believes Success Rises and Falls on Leadership
Under Chris Imbach’s leadership, annual revenue at CTI Resource Management Services Inc. doubled from $5.4 million in 2007 to nearly $10.9 million in 2009. Imbach credits his people with his firm’s success.
“I’m not that big of a deal, but I knew if I hired people smarter than me, I’d be fine,” said Imbach, president and CEO, who founded CTI, which is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business. “It’s all about the people. Any organization’s success rises and falls on leadership. I want our people to dig what they do. Take care of me and I will take care of you. And they do.”
