Founder Chris Imbach said it’s one of his favorite parts of the job when he wheels around the “boss’ dessert cart,” offering up cookies and other treats to each of his 130 employees around the office. The purpose? To make sure others enjoy their work as much as he does.
“I wanted to enjoy coming to work, or frankly go do something else,” said Imbach, who founded the company in 2003 to offer tech support for Navy and government Web applications. “We’ve tried to set that culture here every day, and I think we have.”
