“They provide support center service for the command,” said Kim Newton, program manager at Commander Naval Installations Command. “We run the naval bases. They help folks get into systems to do their jobs. They are friendly, fast and efficient. And they [have saved us] a lot of money.
“We also do surveys on them and they have a 98 percent customer service rating,” Newton said. “No one likes to call a help desk, but they go 150 percent above what the customer expects.”
